Can’t access the Nexam platform due to your device or configuration? Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Error message: “Oops! Check your configurations”

This message appears when your system does not meet the minimum requirements to access the platform. Here are common causes and how to fix them.

1. Check your Internet connection

An unstable connection is often the source of the error. Make sure:

  • You are using a wired (Ethernet) connection, if possible

  • Your speed is at least 10 Mbps for both download and upload

  • No other devices are heavily using your bandwidth during the session

Go to the Validate your device section in Nexam and run a speed test. Then refresh the page.

2. Check your corporate network settings

If you are using a work or institutional network:

  • Ensure that nexam.io is whitelisted by your firewall

  • Disconnect from any active VPN that may restrict access

  • If needed, switch to a personal or home network and refresh the page

3. Temporarily disable security software

Some antivirus or firewall tools (like McAfee, Norton, or Avast) may block the platform.

  • Temporarily disable your security suite

  • Refresh the Nexam page and try accessing the platform again

  • Re-enable your antivirus after confirming access
