Using a connection partner
You can sign in to Nexam using an email address linked to a Google or Microsoft account, as long as it matches the email address registered with your Nexam account. This method, known as Single Sign-On (SSO), allows you to use your existing Google or Microsoft credentials to access Nexam without creating a separate password.
Activating your account with SSO
There are two ways to activate your Nexam account:
By entering an invitation code received by email
By clicking Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft on the Nexam login page
Note: Your Nexam account must have been created by the exam administrator. An invitation must be sent before you can activate your account using a connection partner.
Email address to use
The email address you use to sign in with Google or Microsoft must exactly match the one registered in Nexam. If the addresses differ, the sign-in will fail.
Common error codes
OAUTH_USER_INACTIVE:
The invitation has not yet been sent by the exam administrator.
The account does not exist in Nexam.
Check the email address used and wait for the invitation email, or contact the exam administrator for assistance.
Issues with Google or Microsoft accounts
If you encounter an error while signing in with your Google or Microsoft account:
Make sure you are signed in to the correct account on your device or browser.
If needed, open a Google or Microsoft session in another tab, then return to the Nexam login page.
Google, Microsoft, and Nexam accounts remain separate. No data is shared between platforms during authentication.
