Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is Multi-Factor Authentication?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password.
When signing in to Nexam, a code is sent to the email address linked to your account. The code is valid for 5 minutes.

Enable MFA when creating your account

When setting up your Nexam account, you can enable MFA by selecting Email as your verification method during the onboarding process.

Manage MFA from your profile

You can enable or disable MFA at any time from the Profile section of the platform.
