Instructions to activate your Nexam account using a one-time invitation code.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Invitation to Nexam

You are registered for an evaluation on the Nexam platform. You should have received an email containing a one-time invitation code valid for 30 days.

Make sure to use the code before it expires. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you already have a Nexam account, you can log in using your email address and password. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page.

Two activation methods are available

Method 1: Activation with a code

  1. Click the link provided in the invitation email or go to https://app.nexam.io/connexion/code-invitation.

  2. Enter your invitation code.

  3. Click Activate.

  4. Create a password (at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number).

  5. Choose your preferred language and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

  6. Log in at https://app.nexam.io/connexion using your email and password.

These steps must be completed to activate your account. Once activated, the invitation code is no longer valid.

Method 2: Sign in with Microsoft or Google

  1. Click on the Microsoft or Google button.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

What to do if your code doesn’t work

  • Confirm with your evaluation coordinator that you are registered and that your email address is correct.

  • Check the correct email inbox, including your spam/junk folder.

  • If you already have an account, use the Forgot password link on the login page.

  • If needed, contact [email protected] with your full name and the name of your exam.
