Follow these steps to log in to the Nexam platform for the first time.
Step 1: Receiving Your Access Code
You will receive an email from Nexam containing a unique access code. This code is valid for 30 days and allows you to activate your account.
Step 2: Logging In to the Platform
Click the link provided in the email.
You will be redirected to the following page:
https://app.nexam.io/connexion/code-invitation
Enter your single-use invitation code to continue.
Step 3: Creating Your Password and Accepting the Terms
Create a password that meets the following criteria:
At least one lowercase letter
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
Minimum of 8 characters
You will then need to select your preferred language, choose whether or not to enable email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before accessing the platform.
Step 4: Select the organization to sign in to
Select the organization you want to sign in to. If your account is associated with only one organization, you will be automatically redirected to the dashboard.
Step 5: Accessing Your Dashboard
Your dashboard allows you to:
View your upcoming exams
Access submitted copies
Start a technical test (sometimes mandatory)
This technical test helps you become familiar with the Nexam environment before an official exam.
Step 6: Validating Your Device
Before the technical test or any exam:
Click the Validate Your Device tab.
Check the following:
Video sharing (screen and webcam)
Internet connection speed
Document display
Writing environment
Step 7: Managing Your Profile
From the dashboard, you can access your user profile and change your password at any time.
Step 8: Writing an Exam
On exam day:
Log in at https://app.nexam.io using Google Chrome.
Click Start on the scheduled exam.
If required, allow:
Screen sharing (select “Entire screen”)
Video via webcam
Accept the Terms of Use.
Click Start Exam and confirm with OK.
TIP: Restart your computer on the morning of the exam and ensure you have completed any last-minute checks.
