If the message “An error occurred during submission. Please try again.” appears when you try to submit your assessment, it generally means the platform is unable to properly transmit your copy.
The most likely cause is a missing, unstable, or weak Internet connection at the time of submission.
What to do immediately
Do not close the assessment tab.
Check that your Internet connection is active.
Refresh the page, then try submitting the assessment again.
If submission still does not work
Try the following steps:
Move closer to the router or use a wired connection if possible.
Close applications that use a lot of Internet bandwidth.
Restart your browser, log back in to Nexam, then return to the assessment and try submitting again.
If the message still appears
Contact Nexam technical support and provide:
the exact error message;
confirmation that the assessment is completed;
whether your Internet connection works elsewhere;
a screenshot of the message, if possible.
If your assessment time ends while the issue is happening, do not try to change the assessment content. Contact technical support so the situation can be reviewed.
