What to do if you need to briefly leave your workstation during a Nexam exam.

Who sets the exam rules?

Break policies, including bathroom access, are determined by your exam coordinator. Nexam does not control or authorize breaks.

If breaks are allowed, this will be clearly stated in the exam instructions shown before the exam begins. Please review them carefully.

In case of urgent need

If you need to leave your workstation for an urgent reason (e.g., to use the bathroom), you do not need to wait for Nexam's permission. However, it is essential to notify support using one of the following methods:

A support note will be recorded to document your message.

For better follow-up, it is recommended to indicate the expected time of your return.
