General rules for starting an exam
Scheduled dates and times: You cannot start an exam before the start date and time set by your organization. You must wait until the scheduled opening time before you can access it.
Exceptions and special cases
The “Start” button is available: If your dashboard displays a Start button, you can click it and begin the exam immediately, even if a specific date or time is displayed. This may indicate a specific configuration, such as an on-demand exam. In this case, simply use the button to launch the exam.
Important points to note
If the Start button is not visible, the exam is not yet available and you must wait until the scheduled time.
The dates displayed on your dashboard may reflect settings specific to your organization or exam.
