Why check your screen resolution?
A proper screen resolution is essential to ensure a smooth exam experience on the Nexam platform. If your screen resolution is too low or your display scaling is too high, you may encounter the following issues:
Inability to start the exam
Incomplete interface (writing area not fully visible, buttons missing)
Slowness or erratic browser behaviour
Steps to adjust your resolution, scale and text size on your device
On Windows
Click the Start menu
Select the Settings gear icon
Go to System, then click on Display
Under Scale and layout:
Set Scale to 100%
Set Display resolution to the recommended value (ideally 1920 x 1080 if available)
Useful link: Change screen resolution in Windows
On smaller screens, avoid scaling above 125%
Adjusting text size only
Text size increases only the size of characters on screen, without changing layout or scale.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Text size
Move the slider to adjust the text size
Click Apply

Note: To ensure changes are fully applied, it is essential to restart your computer after adjusting resolution or display scale.
