Session timeout period
To protect user data, Nexam automatically ends inactive sessions after 7 days. If no activity is detected during that period, the session expires.
The following message will appear:
“Invalid or expired session, please log in again.”
Only one active session at a time
Nexam allows only one active session per browser. If a user tries to log in from another tab or browser while a session is already active, the previous session will be automatically disconnected.
The same error message will appear:
“Invalid or expired session, please log in again.”
Best practices
If you are logged out, simply reconnect at https://app.nexam.io/connexion.
Avoid opening the platform in multiple windows or browsers at once.
If using a shared computer, make sure to log out when you're done.
