Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Add an extra layer of security to your Nexam account with multi-factor authentication.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

What is multi-factor authentication?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances account security by requiring a second verification step in addition to your password.

When logging in to Nexam, a security code is sent to the email address associated with your account. The code is valid for 5 minutes.

Enable or disable MFA

You can enable or disable MFA from the Profile section in the Nexam platform. This option is available to all users unless MFA is mandated by your organization.

MFA enabled by default for executive accounts

For added protection, MFA is enabled by default for executive accounts with management privileges (e.g., program administrators, exam managers). This setting cannot be changed.
