Change the mouse pointer on Windows

If your mouse pointer is hard to see, you can easily change its size or colour.

  1. Open the Start menu.

  2. Go to Settings > Mouse pointer.

  3. Adjust the slider under Change pointer size to make it larger or smaller.

  4. Select a colour: white, black, inverted, or a custom colour.

Change the mouse pointer on Mac

  1. Click the Apple menu > System Settings.

  2. In the sidebar, select Accessibility.

  3. Click Display, then scroll to Pointer.

  4. Customize:

    • Pointer outline colour

    • Pointer fill colour

  5. Click Reset colours to return to default (white outline, black fill).

For older versions of macOS, the menu names may differ. Refer to Apple’s documentation for your version.
